What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. If you belong to our monthly marketing membership, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
How can I update my payment method?
If you need to update your payment information it can be done in your user settings inside of the online portal. Click your Member Avatar in the top right corner of the page. Then, select Settings from the dropdown. Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page. Click …
next to their card information. Select Replace. Complete the replace card prompt. Then, click Update to apply and save your changes. If you've purchased the recurring membership with Stripe, you must update your billing information for Stripe.
Is your product purchased with a one-time payment?
Our digital products are purchased as a one-time payment. However, our monthly marketing membership is a recurring monthly payment.

License FAQs
What is the license policy for your templates?
When you purchase a membership or digital product it is only good for use on one attorney or one law firm's social media page. If you wish to purchase a license for each attorney at your firm please email us at [email protected]. If you have a marketing assistant they may only use the templates on your account and can not use them for any other accounts that they manage. You cannot sell, share or give them to other lawyers at your firm or to any other individual, even after customized. If you have any questions, please review our terms of use here. Anyone who infringes on our terms will be terminated immediately from the membership and not receive any additional products.

Membership Refund/Cancellation FAQs
I was already charged for the month. Can I get my money back and cancel?
Since the products are made available to you as soon as you are charged, we cannot refund your money if you didn't cancel before the new product release date. See "How do I cancel my subscription/membership" for instructions on how to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription/membership?
You can cancel your membership by logging into your online portal here. To cancel your membership click on your avatar in the top right. Select Settings from the dropdown. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page. Click the three dots and then select cancel. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, you will lose access to your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle so be sure you still have the templates in your email inbox or downloaded into Canva before cancelling. You may also cancel your membership by emailing us at [email protected]. Please provide the email address you signed up with and the date you would like to cancel.
Do I lose access to my templates if I cancel?
Once you cancel, you will lose access to your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. After you cancel your monthly marketing membership you will lose access to the templates inside your product library. Before canceling your membership, please make sure to download all the membership templates you'd like to use into your Canva account or make sure you still have them in your email inbox. Once your membership is canceled you will not be able to do this anymore. If you purchased other products in addition to the membership, you will still have access to those products.

Template Use FAQs
Why can't I edit the template when I click on it?
If you can't edit the template, it may have gotten locked. Simply click on the lock icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Canva workspace and it will unlock the template. You should now be able to make your edits. You may also need to click "Position" and "Send to Back" if one of the design elements is layered on top of what you are trying to edit.
What if I don't like any of the colors in the 10 color palettes available?
Our templates are fully customizable. We designed them in 10 different color palettes that we think will stop the scroll and help you create a strong brand on social media. We also carefully chose fonts and backgrounds for you. However, you can easily create your own color palette and we provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to do it.
Product Portal FAQs
How do I login to my online portal?
Click here to log in to your online portal. After your purchase you were emailed a username and password. If you didn't receive it, make sure you're checking the email address you entered when you made your purchase and then check your spam folder. If you lost your password, simply go to the online portal and request a new password be sent to the email you used to sign up.
3rd Party Tools and Websites
Can I use the free version of Canva?
We don't recommend it. Many of the templates are made using Pro Canva elements and you will have to find substitutions for those elements if you are using a free account. Remember, the goal is to leverage your social media to land more clients and to do this you need interesting and unique (not free) content! Create your Canva account here.
Why won't Plann allow me to auto-post my content?
Check the number of hashtags you've copied into your comment. You can only have 30 hashtags. Once you remove some, Plann should allow you to schedule your post. Please remember, Plann does not allow carousels to auto post (at this time).

The Social System Starter Pack FAQs
How will my templates be delivered?
Your templates will be delivered to the email you used when you made your purchase. You will receive a PDF that has links to the Canva templates as well as a PDF with step-by-step instructions. You can also access your products in the online portal by logging in here.

Where can I find instructions on how to use the templates?
A PDF with instructions was emailed to you with your templates. You can also find the PDF, as well as instructional video tutorials and a training module created entirely for your marketing assistant, in your online portal.
Email FAQs
How can I unsubscribe from your email list?
You can unsubscribe through any email you have received from Law Prophet. Simply scroll to the bottom of the email and click the "unsubscribe" button. Please be advised that if you unsubscribe from our list you will no longer receive any email updates about the membership or new products.
